| Bob founded Jonathan’s Sprouts in 1976 with his wife, Barb. As President, he oversees research & development, performs physical plant oversight and is the liaison to regulatory agencies. Bob is highly focused on food safety and has been a member of the International Association for Food Protection for 12 years. He also serves as the President of the International Sprout Growers Association. When Bob isn’t contemplating the larger issues of food quality and nutrition, he enjoys playing music, singing in his church choir and pursuing his interest in geodesic domes and architecture. |

| As owner and CFO, Barb is committed to getting high quality sprout products into the hands of her consumers and continuing to build a company that stands behind its beliefs. She oversees all the inner workings of the company including communications, improvements and planning. Barb has been a member of the Board of Directors of the International Sprout Growers Association and has served multiple terms on their Sprout Safety Committee. A certified educator, Barb is active in her church and enjoys dancing, writing and graphic design. |

| Liz has served as Director of Sales since 2007. Working closely with retailers and consumers, Liz is responsible for providing educational and nutritional information on the benefits of sprouts and working to make sure they are widely available in stores. She is also busy promoting sprouts and the Food for Skin products at consumer and industry events. As Liz says, “It’s not work at all. It’s a lifestyle that I have a lot of passion for.” Liz also stays busy traveling, exploring and enjoying time with her three boys. |

| Rich has been providing financial and operational analysis for Jonathan’s for over seven years. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, he also serves as the Executive Director of the International Sprout Growers Association. Rich believes in the importance of providing a sustainable, beneficial product and takes pride in working for a family-owned and operated business focused on making healthy food for all. When he’s not at Jonathan’s, you can find Rich traveling or exploring the outdoors by mountain bike, canoe or skis. |
