1. Melt the butter in a pot and quickly stir bean sprouts in it. Add 6 cups of boiling water. Add the soup flavorings and melt it in the soup. Boil for about 3 – 4 minutes on high heat.
2. When the bean sprout has cooked, taste the soup. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper. Add starch to thicken.
3. Scramble the eggs, and add into soup slowly with strainer. Quickly mix it in soup. Add minced green onions to your liking. Enjoy!
